Perfect time to pick up a couple reusable zipper pouches for all of those snacks and lunches you are about to make!
This is the last weekend to search for the 36 little Waldos hiding in Hudson!
When you find 10 you get a sticker, pin and coupon to Spotty Dog and when you find 20 you get all of that plus a chance to win a great Waldo and Hudson-rific gift basket.
Bring your filled passport to The Spotty Dog to redeem prizes., and don't miss the Waldo Hudson Closing Party on Wednesday, Aug 1st 4-5pm at The Spotty Dog.
Unfortunately, when July ends, Find Waldo Hudson also must come to an end (until next year!). But - fear not! - we have a closing party where we snack, drink, and award prizes. Slinky Armadillo will be there providing the music. Hudson City Councilman Rich Volo will be there as an impartial prize-picker (and he MIGHT be able to persuade alter-ego Trixie Star to bring us some cookies). Crafts and chill company also included.
Didn't do the whole Find Waldo thing? Who cares?! Come party with us anyway! It's all free, so what have you got to lose?
We are honored to have Boston portrait artist Kate True at The Bee’s Knees Thursday, August 16th 12-5pm!
Only a few appointments available so sign up at
Kate does ink portrait drawings from life in 15 minutes using a beautiful sepia-toned walnut ink. These are true heirlooms and make the best gifts! And not to worry about squirmy babies and kids, if 15 minutes seems like an enormously long amount of time to sit still, Kate can finish the portrait from a photograph.
A few helpful tips for parents to know:
—It’s nice if child has an interesting top or collar
—Drawings take around 30 minutes to dry so please plan accordingly
—Drawings from photographs will be mailed within a week
Please note, one child per drawing. If you would like multiple drawings done of the same child, please notify Kate. She can do multiple drawings; the first from life and others from photographs.
Kate accepts payment by cash, check, Venmo or PayPal
Kurplink, kurplank, kurplunk!
